He was available 24/7 at every step needed to sell house for top dollar. His advice and references to contractors was beyond, what I have ever experienced, with a sales person from any field of sales. He provided input, on any and all aspect, of the sale. Some I did not follow, but he proved to be spot on with all his recommendations. Through his recommendations, I achieved payback for all recommended work by multitudes of dollars on investment. He is is worth his commission, and you will never find a better person to deal with in Georgia. I would recommend him to anybody selling a house for any reason. As a real-estate person to deal with, I would highly recommend to all.

"Tim helped us found the perfect house for our family needs. We were relocating to Atlanta and Tim was with us the whole process. When we had a chance to visit the city to start our house hunting search, Tim was able to plan ahead and set up a real estate page with potential properties that we might be interested in, based on our search criteria. That weekend Tim showed us numerous houses based on what we had expressed him were our needs. After leaving Atlanta Tim kept showing us houses via Skype which shows that he was willing to go that extra mile to help us find the perfect house.

After closing, since we had not relocated to Atlanta yet, Tim was still there to help us. For instance, he supervised the installation of the appliances we bought after closing.

While we are Atlanta, Tim will continue to be our Realtor!"
